All Sales are Final. We understand that in some cases items are ordered in error. We make every effort to work with you on the front end to make sure you are selecting the right solutions to meet your needs. In the event we shipped something to you in error, we will of course take it back without any questions asked.
Opened returns cannot be accepted as we cannot take back and resell used equipment.
Please email us using firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Material Authorization prior to sending any equipment back to us.

All Sales are Final. Acceptable Reasons for Return:
Customer may return a Product to SPH Medical for 100% credit, at the Customer’s option, if SPH Medical in its sole discretion determines in good faith that the product was shipped in error. SPH Medical must provide prior written approval. Customer to contact SPH Medical for RMA number by emailing email@example.com.
Exceptions: For any customer wanting to return an unopened and unused product, prior approval from SPH Medical must be requested. Restocking fees will apply if approved.
All products are covered under the specific manufacturer’s warranty for parts. SPH Medical will provide warranty replacement parts when warranty issues are submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping and labor costs are not included. All parts being replaced must be returned to SPH Medical or the manufacturer as requested.
